After several positions as head chef at the Riz restaurant, the Freitagsküche and the Bornheimer Ratskeller, Benjamin Hübner has been making the Frankfurt gastro scene unsafe since 2022 with his pop-up project Sprezzatura.
His sadness applies not only to the dough, but to everything that is made with the help of (wild) yeast.
As a self-taught artist, Benjamin is always looking for ways to create taste images not only according to a recipe, but also in his own way. But for him, craftsmanship and the best products are always in the foreground.

There is almost nothing more fulfilling, even for seasoned kitchen professionals, than successful home-baked bread. That's why Benjamin Hübner teaches in this course how to successfully make sourdough bread, focaccia and pizza dough at home and bake good bread.
From the course you will take with you a recipe based on which you can bake and develop different bread variants, a sourdough starter and a loaf of dough that you can bake at home the next day.
