Let Anna (IG: @frankfurtforcooks) take you to the Kleinmarkthalle and learn all the tips and tricks when it comes to shopping.

The cooking course begins somewhat atypically, as you are not welcomed into the cooking school but directly at the entrance to the small market hall. Learn not only how to use the ingredients, but also how to choose the best ones.

Now get to work with the freshly purchased ingredients. In our cooking school, Anna will show you how to use the ingredients correctly, which kitchen tools you can and should use for what, and so on.

Anna completed her training at “Le Cordon Bleu” in London and has been teaching as a private chef in Frankfurt since 2016.

Her culinary career began in London in 2013. She gave tours to world-famous markets such as Billingsgate market for fish and seafood, Smithfileld market for meat and London Borough Market for fruit, vegetables and delicatessen. She then cooked a delicious menu with her customers using the delicacies they had purchased. She would now like to offer this concept in our studio in Frankfurt.
