    The shape is based on the classic cutlery used in French restaurants, which I have worked with for over 25 years in the restaurant “Oud Sluis” and which I also chose for my two restaurants “Pure C” and “The Jane”. Why change something that is almost perfect? No chance, I am very proud of my cutlery from the Surface collection because I am convinced that this cutlery collection provides the answer to the disadvantages of the well-known silverware that restaurants know all too well. The stone-washed finish gives the spoons, knives and forks that contemporary aspect that was intended.
