The carving knife is ideal for carving roasts and poultry.

The knives from the CHROMA TYPE 301 series - Design by FA Porsche - are all-steel knives of the highest quality, processed with stainless Pure 301 steel. They not only impress with their unique design, they are also incredibly sharp, retain their edge and are easy to sharpen. There is also a fatigue-free ergonomic handle made of stainless steel. Aesthetics has a function - the bead at the bottom of the handle acts as a sensory stopper. Only sharpen with a sharpening stone. Not suitable for the dishwasher.

The series now includes over 25 different types of blades, as well as extensive accessories such as roasting forks, cooking tweezers, herringbone tweezers, zesters, whetstones, knife bags and knife blocks.
